This report reflects the adamantine study on the key factors of logistic and supply chain
management. Logistic activities could be defined as value chain activities of organization that
take place within the boundaries of organization. Organization needs to establish proper level of
coordination between logistic and supply chain management. In this report, XYZ Company has
been taken into consideration for better handling of supply chain management and logistic work.
In the starting of this report, fundamentals of what involved in logistic and supply chain
management has been discussed. After that, a clear supply chain process such as management of
inventories, value chain activities and sustainable practice in supply chain management has been
discussed. In the end of this report, impact of use of cyber computing system and enterprises
resources planning on the supply chain management has been discussed in determined approach

With the increasing ramification of economic changes, there are several sustainable
practices and solutions which are used by organization to perform its business activities with a
view to achieve certain goals and objectives. It is evaluated that if after using PESTLE analysis,
it is considered that suppliers power is strong in the market then company needs to arrange list of
at least 14 suppliers who could supply raw material and services to organization. XYZ Company
invites the tenders from the different suppliers who could provide raw material to its value chain
activities (Kurbel, 2016). Throughout the time, economic order quantity of organization is
determined and below this level orders will be placed by organization through installed
enterprise resources planning. The list of suppliers of raw material will be done by organization
by offering tender method in the market. In addition to this, carriage inward expenses will be
borne by the suppliers and will deliver goods and services to XYZ Company at the time when
the stocks and raw material reach the minimum order quantity (Wang, et al. 2016).

through the given separate login ID password. Other works such as placing orders, evaluating the
