Introduction
Many firms have used external resources for managing their business functions
including supply chain, logistics, product delivery, and other services. In addition, the
logistics company has provided many good options for other firms to share their business
functions for more managing various things in a better way. Many firms have based on
outsourcing as well. The warehouse system has used for managing logistics in the industry, as
it is a costly process (Lopienski, 2018). However, basic processes can be managed using
different things. In addition, there are many things to manage in business for growth in the
market. This report will discuss about the functions of eStore Logistics. It will discuss about
the benefits of various processes of logistics of warehousing. The report will discuss about
the working of the company, which is the main reason behind the success of the company.
Better Inventory Management
The company offers different types of services to its clients, which are eCommerce
delivery, third-party logistics (3PL), shipping services, warehousing and order fulfillment
services. All the services are important for a firm, which is providing by the company in a
well-manner. In addition, many the company has provided a better inventory system to
manage all the products and services, as the firm has used advance technological innovations
for managing all the things. Moreover, basic internal systems have used an RFID device for
