Theresolution of the warranty issues will be also able to significantly contribute to reduce the overallTAT. The application of cause and effect diagram will be able to identify the time taken forinformation exchange in the different types of the department for the customers andadministrative TAT. The application of the cause and effect diagram will be also able to identifythe motive of higher waiting time for the assembly technicians in the receiving the parts(Goetsch and Davis 2014).
