The United Kingdom legal system is based upon the most famous doctrine of separation of
powers. The executive legislature and Judiciary are the three branches of the government in the
United Kingdom. With regard to the government each of these divisions have been assigned
different powers and obligations.
The Executive: The government executive branch includes the Prime Minister and
various other local government departments (Watts, 2019). The executive branch of the
government is in charge of putting the Bill passed by the legislature into effect. The
executive branch's decisions are constrained by the Judiciary as a large public perception.
The State Legislature: The legislative branch of the government mutually is responsible
for enacting all the legislations in the country. Any bill that is enacted by the Parliament
and which receives a majority of vote from the members of the Parliament or the
legislature becomes law. It only comes into force when the royal Queen has given her
approval.
The Judiciary: The Judiciary is a government's final division. This is the code structure
under which the Supreme Court holds Supreme jurisdiction over all the other courts in
the United Kingdom (Azeem, 2017). Members of this branch of the government holds the
highest authority and most of the powers because his they have the authority to determine
what legislation would be inferred in any given case law or situation. The Judiciary is
primary duty is to determine the laws passed by the legislature and then interpret the
same in any of the legislation cases.
