Introduction
This is a report document for Client Abraham aged 91 years seeking to join in the
aged care facility. Due to client preference, Lotus Compassionate Aged care facility has been
chosen for the client to spend his older hood and get care services. This report highlights an
overview of Lotus Compassionate aged care facility, core values, and services offered which
suits the client. Further in-depth of the overview of Australian healthcare systems with
regards to Client Abraham Chatzkel status.
Description of Lotus Compassionate aged care facility
This health facility is located in Hayward City and just less than two miles away from
shopping centers. The facility offers ample and comfortable living nature for the elderly and
24-hour care service and supervision to its clientele. The environmental set up of Lotus
Compassionate facility includes over 12,000 square feet fully landscaped terrain having
bigger front and backyard spaces for free mobility. Further, it has ample space for fresh air
relaxation and beautiful gardens for the clients to have a test of natural beauty.
Australian health care system offers a variety of health care services from the
population and prevention through general practice, community care services, hospital care,
rehabilitation and palliative care.
Lotus compassionate Care offers a wide range of services which include offering
disability support services, community services, and residential care. The facility has workers
responsible for each and every service offered, for Client Abraham; disability support worker
will be assigned to assist in mobility.
The facility is compliant with the relevant applicable laws which include anti-
discriminatory legislation, privacy legislation guidelines, workplace health and safety
legislation, environmental legislation aged care act compliant and code of Ethics for
Residential Aged Care.
The political and economic ideology of the Australian health system
The Australian health care system has often been recognized as one of the best among
the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. There is an increase in care
on the quality of services and the health care needs to be offered to the people,
(Potrafke,2010).
Thus with the changing trends of client needs, The Lotus Compassionate aged care
facility, offer improved services delivered to clients, Various data and information regarding
Australia healthcare systems have been documented by federal states and governments and
effective legislations have been put across to regulate and to ensure quality service delivery.
