INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility is the self regulation enterprise model which help the
business model which is accountable to there stakeholders and the public. By using such kind of
practice corporate social responsibility it is also named corporate citizenship which is used by
most of the organisation for the betterment of the society (Asmussen and Fosfuri, 2019). To
engage in such kind of activities company must work in a way which improve the society and
the environment instead of contributing negatively to them. The present report is based upon the
H&M which as founded in 1947 in Vasteras in Sweden as Hennes. At this time they were only
merchandising women clothing. But in 1968 the owner bought a hunt and fishing equipments
store, Mauritz Widforss and the name changed from the Hennes & Mauritz. Further the report is
based upon corporate social responsibility which focus on being ethical and use resources
effectively. The company must deeply work as to be more responsible towards managing the
environment.

H&M is the world leading fashion as well as design industry and this is responsible for
managing and controlling all the activities which aid to uplift the society and provide healthy and
safer environment. For the company this is essential to align with overall sustainability vision,
activities which are undertaken to address the different needs in which the communities operates
effectively. In Present the retail clothing company is genuinely global, owning six brands and
3600 shops in the entire world. Its shops can be found in most of the big European cities, as well
as in Asia, the Americas, Africa and Australia, totalling 57 countries. As company like H&M is
taking different aspect of consideration like insight of customer, colleagues and communities.
Apart from this firm is consider as one of the most state of affairs players in the global industry.
Impact of CSR policy:
Sustainability has developed to the position of the concern agenda for the many clothes
company as the business has come under the accumulated investigation for the neutral impact
and its operation activities of the organisation. For producing their product the management is
using different sources of raw material which is used by the organically grown fibre, reduction of
