INTRODUCTION Business consulting is being defined as the process through which the working of the company can be consulted with some other person or some expert. The reason pertaining to the fact is that in case the business is in any problem then this will require some of the guidance and this will assist them to improve the working to a great extent. the present report will outline the who the client is and what are the various problem being faced by them. Along with this, the problem will also present the different areas of the important like the competitor, target consumer and others. In the end, the top three issues will be outlined which are being faced by the client. Clarifying the client and the problem faced by them The LSST that is London School of Science and Technology is the client which have approved for consulting. In the present case of LSST, the major problem being faced by the school is digital marketing and the marketing. In this highly advanced and competitive working environment the use of marketing and digital marketing is very essential for the effective success of the school (da Silva and Farias, 2018). In order to compete with in the highly competitive market LSST is planning to expand into the new markets for increasing the profitability of the Institution. Hence for this they are approaching towards the use of digital marketing and the marketing within the services. With respect to the digital marketing the major segment is focus on online higher education services. Thus due to this the major segment for LSST is the business professionals who are the inking of continue their education but are not able to attend the regular classes. Hence in this case the use of digital technology will be assistive for successful working. On the other hand, another crucial business problem being faced by the client that is LSST is the marketing. This is the major issue because of the reason that the management school is to take decisions relating to expanding the course portfolio with respect to the increasing competition. Hence for this the effective marketing needs to be undertaken so that the course portfolio is acknowledged by different people and they attended (Hodges, 2017). Thus both digital marketing and marketing is the major problem which is being faced by LSST and this can affect the working of LSST.
Analysing and presenting the areas of importance relation to client Analysing the external environment is very essential for solving the problem relating to the business. The reason underlying this fact is that any business with the heat educational institution or any other exists within the external environment (Kürzinger and Miller, 2017). In case the external environmental factors will not be evaluated and undertaken then this will affect the working efficiency of LSST. Thus in order to evaluate and manage the working of LSST the major problem identified word digital marketing and marketing. Hence for solving this issue related to digital marketing in marketing the use of different techniques is very essential for staff the first and foremost technique to be applied for the solution is the STP approach first of the STP stands for segmentation targeting and positioning relating to the problem being identified. With respect to the digital marketing problem the major segment being focused by LSST is over the people belonging to business professionals who are seeking their higher education with help of online higher education services of LSST. Major segment being selected because in case of digital marketing the use of online higher education is popular. The major target audience for the digital marketing is the online higher education services at London School. Moreover, an order to position the digital Marketing Services within the target market the use of affordable and flexible options will be provided to education seeker. With respect to the digital marketing problem the major segment being focused by LSST is over the people belonging to business professionals. This involves people who are seeking their higher education with help of online higher education services of LSST. Moreover, in addition to this, another problem being faced by LSST was that the selection of the segment and target is tough for the company. the reason pertaining to the fact is that in case the segment for the problem will not be selected in proper manner then this will be impacting the working of LSST. The reason pertaining to the fact is that in case the segment selected is wrong and target is also not good then this may result in loss for LSST and student will not be liking the performance and services. These are the major problem which LSST is facing and this need to be evaluated in order to improve the performance of the company to a great extent. this is very important for the
reason that in case these problem will not be taken care of then this will be affecting the working efficiency and goodwill of LSST (Jordan, ed., 2020). Hence, as a result of this, it is crucial for the company that they must effectively and time to time research the working and try to identify the problem and some proposed changes which will foster the working.
