The London school of science and technology has planning to expand their business or institute
in new market for increasing the productivity (Dakouan, 2019). Hence, they are facing the issues
towards the utilization of the digital marketing and the marketing with their services. the LSST

institute is now facing the major issue with respect to digital marketing where they have
segmented the online courses educational services.
2. Exploration and agreement of the brief from first meeting with client
Date: 15 January, 2022
Present: Organization manager, marketing team, human resource team.
Absent: Staff
What is the problem(s) or issue that the client needs to address?
The client, LSST institute is aimed to enhance their business and education sector at
higher position by expanding their business in new market but facing some issues during
the expansion (Alves and et.al., 2019). There are mainly three issues such as
The LSST institute does not have large market segment from which they are
unable to increase their productivity higher.
There is high competition in the market from which LSST not able to earn the
profit.
They do not able to select the proper segment and target market for them from
which it is difficult for them to enhance the performance.
Why is s/he focusing on this problem?
The LSST is focusing on this issue because they are not able to enhance their growth nd
development in the new market area and even not capable to do a proper marketing for
the delivery of their educational courses.
Further background information about the company/competitors/customers etc, relevant
to the problem
The LSST is an institute located at United Kingdom. The company wants to expand their
business in new market but do not able to select the particular target market and Fairfeild
is the competition for LSST.
