In addition to this report also analyse problems that company is facing along with influencing factors from the external environment. It has been analysed that both of these companies are facing issues that are being duly faced by the organization HR and IT department. In addition to this has been analysed that both these are basically two different domains of operations within these organization. In context with London School of science and technology which is also termed as LSST it has been analysed that this was mainly formed in Wembley city of England. It has been analysed that this institution is duly facing issue in terms of their recruitment process of staff and teachers for which they are emphasising on upgrading their HR and IT domain.
