This report analyses the key issues facing by the LSST college of London in order to bring new online teaching services. It includes the problem which London School of Science and technology is facing and impact on internal and external factors. The top three issues are bad promotional strategy, technological advancement issue, and inappropriate communication. The report has provided knowledge about target customer of the client business which shows that, they need to be remain aware about the new programs and activities of the company to engage in their decisions.
