Management and operation are crucial for growth and long term success of companies,

for organizations. Both are vital elements in business firm as it helps in using resources of
companies to achieve objectives and goals by applying different models and strategies as well.
The current report is based Soft company, produced mobile units and provide large number of
consumers with better quality. This study explains the role & characteristic of manager and
leader, leadership and management styles of Joan Pearson and examine how role of leader and
function of manger apply in different situations. Furthermore, this assignment justified strengths
and weakness of approaches used by Joan Pearson, evaluate theories and also clarified
approaches to operations management in achieving objectives. Moreover, different factors that
