Analysis of the Case Study
The case study is based on the Bounce Fitness Business, operates and manages fitness
centers. The case highlights that business follows the traditional procedure of recording
important information such as the client's information and personal trainers’ information on
excel sheets. This results in creating a lot of issues for the trainers to manage their schedule
whenever they get a new client. In addition to this, the fitness centre does not hire extra
trainers which are required when any one of the regular trainers is not available. This creates
issues for the clients of the business and also affects the image of the business.
Furthermore, many times the trainer feel overworked to deliver class just to build the client
base. Even the data of the client is not real time, in its place, it is recorded or entered the time
instructor gets time.
From the analysis, it could be said that business must get involved in improving its data
management techniques and must have proper planning of the schedule of the trainers. The
data of the client must be recorded in real time in order to know the exact position as well as
the performance of the business. Recording data manually on excel sheets are traditional
ways this involves a number of errors which can cost business high. Hence, the business must
implement proper systems to avoid such type of issues.
Organization’s Performance Review
As discussed above the business is not able to proper service to its clients at the time when
any of the instructors is unavailable due to unavailability of extra staff. The issue becomes
severe because every instructor is allowed to manage their own record and information of the
client on a manual basis, which is only available to that particular trainer, which results in
