-Community Expectations: The Community is expecting involvement of the government as
well as other project team members to meet the project mission, vision and leading project
objective.
-labor Market trends: For this particular company the labor market trends considers lifelong
employability, diversity, computer skills, consumer’s services, economy awareness, flattened
wages, continuous development etc.
-New Technologies: In order to improve the existing business of Bounce Fitness Corporate, it is
necessary to adopt SaaS cloud based platform, web server, server software, web tools etc.
-New Rpoducts / services to be introduced: According to the new service of the company the
consumers would be able to hire personal gym trainers and nutritionist for the diet chart.
-political / legislative changes: For this particular company the legislative changes those are
needed to be adopted include support from the government.
-Qualification requirements: The trainers should have completed training courses with
professional experiences as a trainer. The people who are going to develop the diet chart for the
consumers must have professional knowledge.

-EEO and Diversity: The Company fails to provide equal employment opportunity due to
inaccurate DHS components.
-HRIS: Due to lack of financial support the company fails to operate the installed cloud based
ERP system is installed for the company.
-Induction: In the induction phase the HR fails to provide proper details as per the employee’s
requirements.
-Industrial relations: The HR fails to establish proper relationship with other known industries.
-Job Analysis and Design: The job description and the design approach defined by the company
is very much weak nature.
-WHS: The Company again fails to adopt proper workplace health and safety plan for the
company.
-Performance management: The performance management plan of the company is not
accurately designed by the managerial head of the company.
-professional Development: The HR manager is unable to develop proper planning for the
professionals.
-Recruitment and Selection: The recruitment and selection approach designed by the company is

-Remuneration: As per the job roles and work pressure the remuneration or wage is not

retention thus, they should accept valuable exercise.
-Succession Planning: Based on the senior or key position of the company the HR manager
should plan the set of success plan. However, they fail to plan the careful extensions which are
another major issue for the company.

-What number of staff will be required: In order to successfully implement the project
additional 100 numbers of staffs are needed to be recruited.

- How to obtain the People: With the online and social media advertisement staffs could be
gathered and on the other hand newspaper media will be used to get offline staffs.

From the detail analysis of the company requirements it has been defined that in order to

feasible from the business perspectives.

consumers could be accessed easily and even for booking gym trainers the consumers need not
