1. In your opinion what leadership style/s do you believe is the most appropriate for your
business?
One of the most effective leadership styles is the transformational leadership style.
Transformational leaders inspire their staff through effective communication and collaboration and
thus initiating the path to success. This form of leadership style is mosy effective for the business
as it directly impacts the workings of the organization and helps in effective presentation of
organizational goals and policies. The transformational leadership style allows the management to
make constant changes in the organizational process and ensures that the business is compatible
with the changes which have been brough about in the operations of the business. In such form of
leadership challenging goals are set for the employees and the employees are motivated to take
steps so that all organizational goals can be achieved. The leadership style which is followed in the
business would help in involving the emloyees and also ensure thar best performance is brought
out from them. The nature of the business is also consistent with the leadership style which is
followed by the business.

2. What ethical behaviours should you demonstrate if you want to be a positive role
model?
The ethical behaviour which needs to be demonstrated by an employee in order to positively
influence the employees of the business and further enhance the efficiency of the business
are listed below:
A personal level of honesty needs to be maintained in the activities of the business
which would also enciourage the others to follow the same principles.The honesty
principle is related to all activities and should be demonstrated in decision making
process as well. This is regarded as one of the min principles of ethics which all
employees need to follow.
In addition to this, a level of integrity and straight forwardness while conducting the
activities of the business and this would bring about transparency in the operations.
By maintaining the integrity principle in the business, individual would be able to
built the trust of others and therefore work in a collaborative manner.
In addition to this, the employees need to adhere to code of conduct of the business
and handle the day to day operations in an effective manner. The leadership should
demonstrate adherence to the code themselves so that other employees can be
motivated to adopt the same in an appropriate manner. These principles effective
allow a management to follow ethical code of conduct in the operations of the
business.
The management of the company needs to demonstrate to the employees that
stricts actions would be taken if proper tehicla codes are not refefred while
conducting the operations of the business. These strategies are implemented so that
an ethical standard is maintained in the operational process of the business.

The goal is quite realistic as the same depends on the overall quality of
services which is provided by the broker and this would help the business
to ratian the employees.
Time-based The services should ber provided within the timeframe which is allowed by
the client. This would help in retaining the client and also increase the
number of client’s fior the business considering the posituive feedbacks
