INTRODUCTION
Professional development is learning to earn or maintain professional credentials such
as attaining conferences and informal learning opportunities situated at workplace.
Professional development to an employee is a continuous activity that is achieved by
involving in various activities. In this project Woolworth organisation is selected to
elaborate the concept of work place priorities and professional development. Woolworth
operates in supermarkets since 1924 and possess headquarters in Australia with 995 other
locations.

Personal and Professional Goals
Goals:
For next 12 months- To manage and retain more number of employees in an
organization so business can be operated as planes and objectives in short run can
be achieved.
For next 5 years- To become one of the experienced manager for human
resource to meet requirements of the changing environment.
