To attain employment in the field of customer service management
a. What do I want to achieve?
I want to achieve to the good post in the large scale company.
b. Why do I want to achieve this goal?
I want to achieve this goal for attaining success
c. How will I achieve this goal? What is required to achieve this goal? (Outline your
SMART short to mid-term goals that will assist you in achieving this long-term goal)
In order to achieve this goal in rightful manner, I have personally developed SMART objectives
as the short term goals that would help accomplish it in the decided time frame. For achieving
this, it is highly important for me in achieving long term goals.
Short term goals
 To attend personality development classes for enhancing communication skills daily for
time of one month.
 To undertake training for improving time management skill for 2 months
d. When do I want to achieve this goal by?
I would initially achieve this goal in the coming year but it would be accomplished quickly in next
five years completely.
e. What obstacles can I expect?
I might face problem related to my lack areas in terms of skills as it is not always possible to
develop every skill with the development classes.

The proposed solution to this problem is that I have to work hard on myself for grooming so that
I could achieve developed goals.

To establish my own business in retail sector.

I want to establish my own business in retail sector
b. Why do I want to achieve this goal?
I want to achieve this because I have seen my father giving his whole in this sector as the
employee and I want to it establish this business for him.

I will achieve this goal by working hard and taking appropriate guidance from my father towards
the same. I have to invest appropriate time for accomplishing this goal.

I might feel obstacle related to finances/
f. What are the solutions to the obstacles?
In order to resolve this I could take bank loan and convince some investors to provide me
support with finances.
