Answer: The project organization structure helps in identifying the process of managing
and controlling the project along with the person in responsible for the management and
control.
It is used for developing the idea for identifying the roles and responsibilities of the
project and understanding which of the team members should be consulted for decision
making.
2) What is workplace bargaining? Describe the process?
Answer: Workplace bargaining is a process deployed for the negotiation of the employers
and employee with aim for deploying into enterprise agreement.
The bargaining process includes,

Step 2: Representative should work in good faith
Step 3: Defining some specific terms for bargaining
Step 4: Voting process for improving the agreement

Answer: The staff management plan would be developed for planning human resource
requirements for handling out project outputs and it would include the resources required
for the project, time of resource requirement, acquisition of resources, and utilization of
the resources for the project.
2) When plaining the attainment of staff what questions should you ask yourself?
Answer: While plaining the attainment of staff, we need to ask ourselves the following
questions,
a. Should internal or external procurement of the staff be followed?
b. Should the team members be dispersed or be allowed to work together at a single
location?
c. Can the human resource department be used for assistance?
