There are various issues that may impact learner concentration and experience like cultural issues, religious reasons, health issues and financial reasons. Some learners also have their own learning styles such as activist, reflector, theorist and pragmatist (Rapeepisarn et al, 2008). Hence, identifying each type of learner will help in advance preparation and thus benefit both the learner and tutor. For instance, if a Learner member comes to me with his/her issue, I would first evaluate the situation and if that issue were out of my knowledge area, I would give the necessary suggesting by passing him to external or internal service.
