Reflective report
This reflection report could critically evaluate their experience at the time of the business
capstone project. This report also demonstrates many strategies that were used by me to
improve weaknesses of the firm and support to make decision to improve my weakness. This
report consider the Gibbs model in which the experience has been discussed by considering
the different elements such as description, feelings, evaluation conclusion, and action plan.
It is observed that the reflective report could lead to an individual for expressing their past
learnings effectively.
In the initial week, I imporved my knowledge about many skills which could could direct to
sustain my position in the organization in the upcoming period. I observed different skills that
are associated with communication, time management, writing skills. Consisquently, an
individual woul dbe able to compalte this study in a systamatic manner. Firstly, I improved
my understanding about the communication issues as it can be vital in resolving my issues in
the systamatic way. It is observed that each student has aware about the communication skills
as it allows to the student or individuals to effectively convey their ideas, views, conflicts
issues, and project problem to their mentor and got a solution (Al-Asfour and Lettau, 2014).
I observed that time management skills could also be effective for the researcher to get a
favorable result with respect to the specified situtation. Communication skills are one of the
factors that might be supportive of creating a relationship between two or more employees.
At the time of making my project, I improved my expertise acres like I Skype my class many
times that could be effective in obtaining accurate outcome. It is observed that I also
improved my knowledge about team management skills that might be effective for me as it
allows me to working in the team and get favourable result. It is examined that teamwork is a
skill that facilitates to my work as the team, not as the individuals.

It could also be effective for reaching the favorable result that could be associated with the
research matter. Moreover, I always talk about the working process to reach a reliable
conclusion and make the decision accordingly. Moreover, it is examined that the learning
experience is one of the imperative tool, which allows me to perform well in the organization
and obtain higher competitive benefits in the upcoming period. Moreover, my lecturer has
given the appropriate note with respect to the current matter.
I enhanced my knowledge towards the writing skill, as it could be vital part of any project
that is crucial to meet the task of firm. Through his week, I met my colleagues and collect
feedback from others towards how to write a project. I enhanced my awareness towards the
different issues as it might restraints to firm for attainment of the organizational task. Herein,
I understand how different skill of an individual can affect to overall outcome of study.
Herein, I was able to understand the communication skills are one of the major components
of the firm that lead to obtaining higher outcome as well as the attainment of organizational
objectives. Through this tool as well as skills, I was able to perform well. Furthermore, it is
evaluated that the poor communication can negatively affect to the quality of study result. I
observed that the lack of communication skills could create a certain issue that is associated
with the professional jargon, poor handwriting, and abbreviations.
I observed that sometimes I failed to perform well and express my feeling quickly that create
problems for me to the attainment of the organizational task. It is examined that I made a plan
by which the communication skills can improve by firm for attaining the company’s goal. It
could also lead to improve communication skills. I was unable to make the project accurately
but due to some supports of others, I completed my project. In the current era, I able to
perform well in the working place and decision effectively.
I observed that lack of thorough articulation process can impact on the outcome of study. In
this week, I used many articles, books, and online sources due to the accomplishment of
