Residential experience reflection
This reflective report discusses my residential learning experience at the time of post-graduation
time. I observed my many number of skills, as it related with teamwork, time management,
conflict, and leadership. There are different elements that are considered by me to comprehend
the personal development needs like ESFP and the global EI test outcomes. The determination of
different areas will enable me to address the potential areas for future development (Herrmann,
and Herrmann-Nehdi, 2015).
Moreover, this reflective report discusses events in which I gained my experience in diverse
areas. I critically evaluate each point concern and make a reliable decision in the context of the
current matter. This essay is effective to deeply evaluate the feedback of the supervisor and make
the reliable conclusion. It is developed by their own experience about such acts (Taylor, Doherty,
and McGraw, 2015). Apart from this, Gibbs reflective model practices in this study as they
consider different factors like evaluation, feelings, descriptions, action plan, and conclusion.
These factors are interconnected with each other as they also assists to make a favorable
conclusion (Yoder-Wise, 2014). In addition, I also gained my understanding of the residential
experience and enhanced my learnings towards myself, which I never before noticed from now,
as it is possible by after the completion of events at fall barrow. This event supports to improve
my personal as well as professional experience. It gained my real experience that makes a real
image of the firm in the marketplace. In the initial stage, I want to share my strategy of
leadership that could be imperative for the attainment of the organizational task (Blanchard,
2018). At the time of completing this event, I participated in Web Bridge activity of day 1 in
which I arranged all resources in the right direction. The result demonstrated that I have a lack of
two skills that could be associated with team management and team coordination. It could be

effective in the attainment of the organization task in the upcoming period in available resources.
From this, I observed that my leadership skills are very bad that leads to decline performance of
the organization (Siebert and Martin, 2016). From the application of the Myer Briggs test of
personality, I got lower marks in the feeling and sensing, which could be caused by a lack of a
plan. It is also evaluated that leadership skills could lead to an individaul for influncing others for
agring on their topic (Renz, 2016).
Apart from this, executives who have good leadership characteristics could lead to
accomplishing an organizational task. Moreover, residential experience supports to me in
improving my leadership skills along with abilities and supported to being a successful manager.
In addition, during business task 2, I developed my leadership skills in the least time and cost.
On day 2 and 3 of residential experience, there is a higher amount of smaller task in collecting
the wedge and sell them to meet the total sale quantity of 7500 GBP.
In this task, I make an improper plan that has to consume my time. But, my team coordination
was great so it was easy for me to effectively accomplish my task and get a favorable outcome.
At the end of the second day, I practiced my leadership skills in the accomplishment of the
specified task. From the application of global EI, test outcomes demonstrate that I got a higher
score in the self-management, which support to accomplish the desired goal (Sources: Appendix
2). In the first day of the event, I contributed to maze activity for sharping my mind and get a
reliable outcome. In this, I found the correct method to complete the task with specified
regulation. After the completion of this activity, I got the outcome that I have lack of
communication and planning skill and I never comprehend my allocated task before starting my
allocated task.

Van Wart (2014) stated that the approach of communication should be reliable and
comprehensible, which will support to make the relationship between consumers and the
organization. I concentrated on diverse factors named sheep and shepherd. I leading to all sheep
in the box by providing an appropriate signal to the firm. From this task, it is examined that
communication and planning are better in the accomplishment of the organizational task.
Furthermore, I scored higher marks in the self-management and self-awareness, which could lead
to making a reliable plan for the attainment of the organizational task (Sources: Appendix 2).
From the application of the personality test, I will directly communicate with group members
(Sources: Appendix 1).
On the other side, Morse Babcock and Murthy (2014) the communication could play an
imperative role in business and professionalism. In addition, it is evaluated that a communication
tool could lead to the group members for comprehending each other feelings and meet the
specified goal. Effective communication tool could lead to declining conflict issues from the
organization and support to get a reliable outcome.
In support of this, Hillson and Murray-Webster (2017) examined that team collaboration could
lead to concentrated more in directing the team as it leads to obtaining a reliable outcome.
Moreover, I also observed that the organization could face by the conflict issues due to the
difference between opinion and views of individuals. I give more value to each member of the
team due to improving my professional career. I also prefer the culture of the organization as it
assists to do better with respect to the culture. During the residential period, I participate in the
