CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it have been concluded that managerial book-keeping is
very essential for an organisation in strategic decision making procedure. It provides
specialisation in managerial accounting and reporting for controlling the strategy
implemented by business to achieve success. This project covers various types of managerial
accounting systems that interrelate with management accounting reports. It prepares income
statement with appropriate techniques of marginal and absorption costs. Additionally, it
determines the pros and cons for various types of planning tools used for budgetary control
that includes financial and operating budget. This project further adopts managerial book-
keeping systems to respond financial problems that increase in cash outflow and high
expense on promotion.
