Thisorganisation is thinking in order to expand their business in Indonesia and New Zealand. In thiscontext, cross-cultural challenges of e-commerce have been evaluated in this report. This reportdiscusses about E-Tailor app, internal factors, external factors in the context of cross culturalissues. In Indonesia, more than 300 ethnic groups give priority in speaking their own dialect andwearing their individual ethnic attire. Hence, in order to understand the consumer behaviour ofIndonesia in terms of buying clothing online is the matter of high challenge. On the other hand,the culture and religion of New Zealand is Christian. Hence, in order to understand the consumerbehaviour of New Zealand, E-Tailor will face fewer challenges in terms of cross-culturalcontext. However, other macro environmental factors of those countries indicate sustainablegrowth for the online business of E-Tailor. Cultural diversity in Australia is also discussed in thisreport, as the organisation belongs from Australia. Based on this discussion, somerecommendations have been proposed in this report. Thus, it concludes that cross-culturalmanagement is challenging as well as beneficial in terms of securing monetary growth.

Recently, this organisation intends to globalise their business. In order to besuccessful in business, it is necessary to accomplish consumer needs and expectation. Thisorganisation targets Indonesia and New Zealand in terms of globalising business. Both Indonesiaand New Zealand have stable economic and political base at the present.
