INTRODUCTION
In every business, controlling financial information and business operating
performance is essential. Accounting was created to serve that need of the business.
With the function of collecting, processing data, checking and monitoring financial
information and providing proper analysis for director, accounting is becoming an
inseparable part of businesses. By the end of 2014, Ministry of Finance issued Circular
200/2014/TT-BTC to guide for Enterprise Accounting System. This is a significant
change for Vietnam Accounting System to meet the requirement of the country as
Vietnam is in a time of becoming attractive to international investors.
After having background knowledge in the major, the internship is helpful for
students to apply the theory in practice. Understanding the importance of the
internship, I had the seven-week-internship stage 1 in Hanoi Texitle & Garment Joint
Stock Corporation. Through the process of learning and internship report stage 1, I
found that the work of accounting, organizational and managerial of accounting and
finance department is very important.
Internship report includes three main chapters:
