INTRODUCTION
Management is defined as administration and coordination of tasks in attainment of goal.
It is an act of maintaining and creating a business environment in which staff of organisation can
work together for achievement of objectives in effective and efficient manner (Griffin and et. al.,
2020).
Organisational behaviour is defined as study of behaviour of human resources in
organisational settings, interface between business and individual behaviour and organisation
itself.
The following report is based on Whitbread Plc and Premier Inn. Whitbread Plc is a
famous multinational British restaurant and hotel which have headquartered in England, UK.
The main aim of this organisation is offering food in superior quality to satisfy their customers.
In addition, Premier Inn is a largest UK's hotel brand with more than 800 hotels and 72000
rooms. Its operation in various locations which involves suburbs, city centres and airports with
competing the likes of ibis hotels and Travelodge (Katou, 2017). Furthermore, this report covers
organisation culture, structure and goals. It also includes recent initiatives change with their
impact and in what manner they are managed. Moreover, it also undertakes strategic direction of
organisation and their current performance.
