INTRODUCTION
Management is refers as a process to plan how things to be done, make decisions
regarding activities, organise things in better way, leading whole group, motivate and
control human, fiscal, and information resources of an organisation to achieve pre
determine objectives effectively. Operation involves work which is related to
practical, principal and process. This report is on TASCO which sells telescopes to
customers formed in 1954. In this report all roles and characteristics of leaders and
managers are mentioned. Functions of managers are also mentioned in this report.
