Operation management can be refer to the administration
of distinct business activities to create more efficiency
within a company which is concerned with transforming
labour and material into services and goods in order to
maximise the benefits of organisation. The report is
based on Starbucks Cor. is a coffeehouse chain and
American coffee company. In this report, differentiation
between manager functions and role of a leader will be
elaborated.

Whereas, manager is the individual who create link
