project differentiates between manager and leaders by describing their description,
responsibility and job roles. It additionally applies a variety of different assumption
and representation of approach with its power and weak spot. Additionally, it
evaluates the importance and assessment of management of business in achieving
business aim and intention with its roles played by managers and leaders. This
project further analyses the business ecological issues that influence upon operation
