 In the business of ASDA, leader and manager uses different approaches of operational
management.
 These approaches helps the business gain the advantages of the competition and
achieve the success and growth in the current and future condition by improving the
quality of the products and services.
 It will increase the efficiency in policy and practices of the production of services and
products.
 Some examples of the operational management approaches are Total quality
management, lean management and jut in time method.

TQM is the continuous method which helps in eliminating the risk of
production, make sure that the employees are well trained and increases the
