Furthermore, report covers different roles and characteristics of a leader and a manager, and its application to variety of situations. In addition to this, number of theories and models of leadership have been applied, approaches to operations management and its importance and value in achieving business objectives have also been explained. Lastly, factors have been elaborated which have impact on decision making by leaders and managers. TASK 1 P1.
