It make rules, guides and inspire other to work efficiently. For instance, Corus is a steel making organization where number of employees are working. The leader of Corus company understand the goals of company and motivates their employees in order to accomplish goals. Manager:Business activities and functions are manages by a person by evaluating employees performance and formulating policies is called manager. Manager is appointed by all organization for the purpose of making smooth all business function and grow up continuously.
