determine role of management and leaders
Principle of total quality management (TQM)
It is mainly describing the management approach in Tesco for long term benefits through
client satisfaction. It applicable in operation management that all staff members are
participating for improve products, services, products and environment of organization. In
Tesco, leader or manager must adopt total quality management approach to increase
customer satisfaction, reduce price and team works. In this way, it is gained higher return
of sales and investment.

Principles
Customer centric approach- In tesco, many customers are judged the product and services on
basis of quality, no matter how resources are used in employee training. It is mainly depended
on the quality of services and goods. In this way, TESCO must implement TQM to improve
profit rate.
Strategic approach in improvement- tesco has been adopted the strategic plan towards
improvement in quality that can identify specific mission, goals and vision. It must ensue to
maintain good quality and services.

Just-in-time inventory
It is a type of strategy that implemented in Tesco by manager or leader to
increase efficiency and also reduce waste by receiving better goods. This strategy
applicable for inventory management with proper objectives to meet demand of
customers. In Tesco, manager is mainly implementing the inventory strategy that
manufacture use to increase efficiency of business.
