Approaches provides better system, people, process and technology that help to
determine the wastage of product and also help to control on wastages
resources.

 Operation management is important and valuable for achieving business
objectives.
 It the process that involve planning, organizing, managing, controlling and
supervising the production, manufacturing and technology uses.
