Managers and leaders are essential part of business unit. They motivate employees, trine them,review their performance and make them able to enhance their working performance. Managersare responsible to manage the business practices whereas leaders are responsible to lead team inthe corporation (Boin, Stern and Sundelius, 2016). Present study is based on Aldi which ispopular in the supermarket industry. Report will discuss key challenges faced by managers inthe organization. Furthermore, it will explain different leadership styles. Assignment willinclude skills and knowledge that are required in managers to manage changes effectively in theworkplace. Key challenges faced bymanagers in the organizationmanagers are the key playersin the organization, theyhave to manage employeesand business activities sothat overall organizationalgoal can be accomplished.Key challenges that are faced by manager in the Aldi are asfollowing:High staff turnover: It is considered as one of the mainissue that is recently faced by the cited firm. As there aremany companies such as Tesco, ASDA etc. those whichare offering high salaries to skilled and experiences staffmembers (Shin and et.al, 2015). In such condition peopleare taking more interest to join such firm. This is themajor problem that is faced by the manager of entityrecently because now it has become difficult for them topretain skilled labour in the workplace for longer duration. Aldi is the medium size firmthat provides different kindsof grocery products to theconsumers. In the recenttime due to high competitioncompany has to face hugedifficulty, that createchallenges for the managersas well to manage operationssignificantly (Pontin, Havardand Snelling, 2016). implement innovative ideas that can support cited firm inenhancing its performance. It is difficult to createinnovative teams in the organization until unless workersgive their full support to the managers (Bolman and Deal,2017).Conflicts: It is considered as one of the major issue in theAldi. As dispute between employees, between employerand employee take place in the workplace. In suchcondition it becomes very difficult for managers toresolve these conflict situation and run operationssmoothly. In such condition workers do not perform theirduties well and manager fail to complete the task withinstipulated period of time. Time management: It is another major problem that isfaced by managers of Aldi (Boin, Stern and Sundelius,2016). All employees have to perform various tasks andmanagers have to look upon all these activities and haveto monitor their performance. Managers have to look atthe marketing team, have to communicate with logisticdepartment as well. In such condition time managementbecomes the major challenge for management.Hiring: It is most important aspect of business unit,company has to recruit skilled candidate in the workplace

those who have necessary skills to perform the given taskwell (Shin and et.al, 2015). Recruiting candidates is thebig decision. Mangers of cited firm has to analyse skillsof applicant and their knowledge. On the bases of this,managers of Aldi have to take decision. Any wrongdecision can create difficulty for the manger to run theoperations in smooth manner.
