Introduction
Contextual factors are vital component of the business that are encompasses of environmental as
well a personal factors. This multidimensional conceptual factors impact the decision making
process of the organization. The decision making process is the vital component of any kind of
business and it get impacted due to the contextual factors such as corporate governance, risks,
activities of the company and the business practices. This report will cover some contextual
factors that affect the decision making process of the manager of the company. The specific
journal articles will be given in this paper for the purpose of describing the contextual factors
such as Organisational structures or governance, Environmental forces, Risks confronting the
firm, Organisation and business practices, and the functions of diverse firms. The main aim of
each of the journal article will be demonstrated in this paper so that the better understanding of
each aim can be drawn.

Organizational structure and the sustainability of the business have great importance in decision
making process. The contextual factor of this article is the organizational structure and this
article has described the various strategies to make the sustainable business. The major objective
of this research is to focus on the activities related to the export together by considering the
organizational structure that facilitates sustainability practices in the specific company. The
outcome of the research is showed that despite the importance of formal structures focused on
the fields of environmental management that are basic for the organization of sustainability
practices. Moreover, the requirements of customer sustainability shows unresponsiveness to
qualifications relying on the countries to which export are made.
The new finding through this article is that the research is based on the qualitative research and
the main focus of the research is on the organizational structure. It is described under this
research that the role of the customer sustainability requirement is necessary for the
organizational structure. The manager of the organization would be facilitated with the new
findings that he should focus on the customer sustainability for the aim of attaining the
objectives of the company through organizational structure.
