The different modifications that are initiated by the organizations are specifically based in
the essence of the values and ethics. In this relation, our organization aimed at improving
services with the objective of following the diverse needs of the customers. Our organization
aimed at providing the customers with better service experience. On the contrary, It has been
noted that the smooth functioning of the organizations are specifically based on the increased
engagement of the different stakeholders in the organizational processes [2]. The organization
aimed at augmenting the quality of the services through the maximized involvement of the
different stakeholders. Therefore, in this relation, the venture aimed at improving a range of
procedures that would create better results for the rate of procedures of the venture while
operating in the different markets. The activities are being enlisted in this section of the research.
Environmental management: The organization developed a culture of following the
Sustainability Goals 2020 through which the venture aimed at minimizing the carbon footprints
and minimize the utilization of non- renewable sources of energy for the operational processes.
The different modifications in the organizational procedures relied on the efficient functioning of
the systems in arrangement with the needs of the venture. A research reflected that the
environmental concerns permits an organization in improving the CSR activities with the
objective of following the needs of the communities [4]. In this relation, the organization
developed a sound environmental management procedures through the application of stringent
monitoring and evaluation procedures on the processes. The major modifications in the
organization are attributed to the environmental protection policies for retaining the brand image.

would take steps to make the team members aware of the different functional criteria that is
being followed by the organization while operating on a sustainable basis. I will follow a
transparency while making the stakeholders and the team members aware of the organizational
policies relating to environmental protection for encouraging their support and engagement in the
processes. It has been studied that the maximized engagement of the stakeholders in the different
processes that are planned by the organization is enabled through transparency in
communicational procedures between the management and the employees [5]. Therefore, the
different aspects of change in the organizational procedures will be greatly depended on the
effective communication between the management and the employees.
Operational health and safety: The occupational health and safety measures that are enumerated
as a part of the legislative frameworks supports an organization in minimizing the rate of
accidents in workplace. On the contrary, the occupational health and safety related procedures of
an organization permits the venture in improving the uninterrupted functioning of the business
procedures in arrangement with the needs of the customers. In this relation, I would take steps to
make the employees and the team members aware of the different frameworks through
communication. It has been noted that the key modifications in the organizational procedures
relied on the trust and coordination between the management and the employees [3]. Therefore,
in this relation, the demonstration of the operational health and safety related frameworks to the
organization’s teams would enable me in minimizing the rate of workplace accidents. It would
also support me in maximizing the productivity of the venture while operating in the different
markets.

Products and services: The organization aimed at improving sustainable products with the
objective of retaining the interests of the customers. In this relation, the efficient functioning of
the systems will be based on the tests that will be conducted on the prototype and design. The
tests on the prototype of the product will ensure the minimization of the actual value of the
product from the proposed value. It has been seen that the organizations develop a range of
procedures with the objective of augmenting the rate of procedures [3]. The modifications in the
product and the utility that is proposed by the venture permits the same in gaining a competitive
advantage over the players. In this relation, the technological inductions would enable me in
forging improvements in the line of propositions. The major modifications in the organizational
procedures enabled the business in improving the range of offerings while operating in the
different markets. The subtle modifications in the line of propositions are specifically based on
the changing taste and preferences of the customers. Therefore, the organization will develop
steps to generate the procedures after assessing the specific needs of the customers. The
evaluation of the tastes and preferences of the customers would enable the venture in augmenting
the rate of procedures while operating in different markets. Therefore, the key modifications in
the organizational procedures will be grounded on the assessment of the needs of the customers.
Values and ethics: The organization will be led by the customer centric values which involves
the prioritization of the needs and preferences of the customers over any other factors. The major
factors that are being considered by the organization are related to the efficient functioning of the
different systems which permits an organization in gaining a competitive edge. On the contrary,
the application of positive workplace culture and encouragement of collaborative approach
