BidTaxi is a comparatively new entrant in the industry of the public transport and the
company has a unique way of handling the requests of the clientele of the concern. The company
is mainly app-based and relies on the bidding acts that the drivers who have been appointed with
the transportation organization after the receipt of a request of the concerned client
(Play.google.com., 2018). The following report deals with the outlining of the business
operations of the concerned company in discussion, BidTaxi. The report intends to put forth the
afore-mentioned business outline to the concerned governmental body, the Ministry of Public
Transportation. The report further proceeds to deal with the recommendations that might be
implemented by the concerned company, BidTaxi in order to enhance the service that they
extend to the existing as well as the potential client base that they have.

The business operations of the organizations generally deal with the various clients of the
concern. The clients of the concerned transport company are known to get in touch with the
business organization for getting themselves some shared rides across the city. The unique
feature of the company services is the fact that the company does not deal with the conventional
methods involving the pre-fixed rates that the clients of the concern have to abide by on the basis
of the time and the distance that might be covered by the concerned client while taking the ride.

as the drivers who have been employed by the company. These tools might include the distance
that is to be covered during the ride, the route that the driver might avail during the completion
of the ride. These factors are also inclusive of the estimated time that might be needed for the
completion of the ride, the toll costs that might be a part of the various rides that the concerned
client might wish to embark on. The company aims to track the complete ride and the actual cost
of the ride would be displayed to both the driver as well as the client on the successful
completion of the journey. The clients of the company might have the right to choose the driver

schemes keeping in mind the various strata of the employees of the concern. The company is

or the providers might encash at various refueling stations that the drivers and the providers
might visit during the rides (Xu, et al., 2016). This might also help them to be motivated and thus
work with an extra enthusiasm which might help the overall growth of the company.

need to impart the high amount of training to the concerned drivers of the company in order to
