Introduction
BidTaxi is a comparatively new entrant in the industry of the public transport and the
company has a unique way of handling the requests of the clientele of the concern. The company
is mainly app-based and relies on the bidding acts that the drivers who have been appointed with
the transportation organization after the receipt of a request of the concerned client
(Play.google.com., 2018). The following report deals with the outlining of the business
operations of the concerned company in discussion, BidTaxi. The report intends to put forth the
afore-mentioned business outline to the concerned governmental body, the Ministry of Public
Transportation. The report further proceeds to deal with the recommendations that might be
implemented by the concerned company, BidTaxi in order to enhance the service that they
extend to the existing as well as the potential client base that they have.
Outlining of the Business Operation
The business operations of the organizations generally deal with the various clients of the
concern. The clients of the concerned transport company are known to get in touch with the
business organization for getting themselves some shared rides across the city. The unique
feature of the company services is the fact that the company does not deal with the conventional
methods involving the pre-fixed rates that the clients of the concern have to abide by on the basis
of the time and the distance that might be covered by the concerned client while taking the ride.
The transportation business relies on the bidding capacity of the various drivers who are
appointed by the concerned company in order to serve the potential clientele of the company.
The drivers who might be interested in the ride might have to bid on the trip on the basis of the
details that are provided by the client who is interested in the trip. The client while expressing the
