INTRDUCTION
Management issues is concerned with those difficulties which is faced by different
categories of workers in many ways during the time of doing the work. That means good
management by top level officers is very essential within organization for enhancing their work
efficiency and productivity at higher rate. With help of effective management organization able
to deliver their best quality service and products to all customer segments according to promised
time. The chosen company is Sainsbury for understanding the management problems in effective
manner (Ariebowo, 2021). The company was established in 1869 by John James Sainsbury and
is headquartered in United Kingdom. This organization is dealing with variety of products such
as home appliances, grocery items and food products. This report will cover relevant models and
theories, critically evaluate the role and impact of information and communication technology on
the management of workforces in organization, Critically evaluate its existing policies in the
context talent acquisition, learning and development and change management process in order to
complete more effectively in COVID 19 competitive landscape. It also cover drawing on
contemporary schools of leadership, discuss the roles of leaders of selected organization in terms
of implementing these new initiatives.

Effective use of artificial intelligence – It is a advanced programme and software which
is applied by Sainsbury for running their whole organizational functions smoothly. With
help of this technology firm are able to facilitate best product and services to their clients
in fast manner. The other feature of this technology is that workload and stress are easily
easily decreased from the minds of their employees at maximum level. In this way the
positive performance of the employees are easily maintained within company for long
time.
