Abstract
This section assists to comprehend many factors that could be effective for making a clear
picture of the research issue. This chapter could consider different methods named research
objectives, research questions, as well as research background. A literature review chapter is
significant in gaining knowledge about different models, and management styles that might
affect the organizational performance. Under the literature review, situation approach,
managerial grid approach, and four framework approach has been considered as it influence
to the performance of business. It is illustrated that autocratic, democratic, persuasive
management styles might more affect the business as compared to other methods. From the
data evaluation section, it is addressed that there is a positive relationship between leadership,
management styles, and business. The conclusion section is effective for overall research in
the concise form, which would be imperative in comprehending the whole study in less time.
This section is imperative in increasing the understanding of role of a globally responsible
leader in the business. The recommendation section assists the investigator to comprehend
different strategies related to the research matter as it leads to improving the issues that might
be faced at the time of eliminating the research issue.

Research title
The research title of this study is to evaluate the leadership and management styles in the
business.
Research background
For sustaining the business, it is improve their awareness towards different kinds of
management styles that might be considered by the firm to operate its business effectively.
An organization should critically evaluate certain styles and models of the leadership for
effectively implementing it in the organization as well as make an imperative decision with
respect to the attainment of the targeted aim of the study. These management styles are
known as the autocratic management style, administrative, democratic, laissez-faire
management, as well as cultural management styles. These methods could be effective in
completing the research task. It could also lead to firm in one direction and support to make a
decision effectively (Efferin and Hartono, 2015).

Comprehend the leadership styles and models
According to Mullins and Schoar (2016), it is stated that the there are many management
styles that are practiced by the firm to operate the business and work effectively named
autocratic, consultative, persuasive, democratic, and Laissez-faire. It is stated that the
management can leads to their team for operating in one direction and leads to get higher
competitive benefits. An autocratic management style supports the leader to make a decision
on behalf of their own basis without considering the subordinates input.
Apart from this, Wheelen et al. (2017) illustrated that the autocratic leaders have the
capability to make effective decision with respect to attainment of the goal of organization as
they are task oriented. This leadership style could assist to team to focus on the task rather
than concentrating on managing other act. Moreover, it is evaluated that if the leader has not
the capability to make a reliable decision then it could negatively affect to the organizational
performance. Further, this leadership could consider only one person to involve in the
decision making. Further, it is evaluated that management could drive to the workforces to
meet aim of organization and operate the business function in one direction. It is stated that
autocratic leadership could increase the employee turnover rate in the organization that could
be a primary concern for the organization.
Apart from this, Rosemann and vom Brocke (2015) stated that constructive leadership is
another imperative styles of the management that could increase probabilities of getting
higher competitive benefits. This method can permit to the organization for more effective
decision with the concern of the organizational issue. This method could permit the manager
to consider give the value to the opinion and views of the employees. Apart from that, it is
stated that the organization has considered the employees but finalize their own decision.
Hence, it can be stated that this method is quite different from the autocratic leadership style.
