Introduction
Analyzing the current business scenario in has been identified that the autonomous
vehicles have become the important part in the current automobile industry (Christensen, Raynor
& McDonald, 2015). In the year 1987, Warren Bennis introduced the leadership theory by
highlighting the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of general market situation,
which is termed as VUCA. During the US army war, the concept of VUCA have been introduced
in the automobile sector. Understanding the challenges of autonomous vehicles and VUCA
environment, it has been identified that operational nature in the world has got changed due to
the increasing challenges in landscape (Wan, Williamson & Yin, 2015). The purpose of the study
is to shed light on the impact of autonomous as well as VUCA environment in the operational
processes of Comfort Delgro, which is being considered as the world’s largest transport company
which is operating in total numbers of 7 countries across the world.

Analyzing the current vision and values of Comfort Delgro it has been identified that, the
company aims to maintain its consistency for upgrading its outstanding service. It also aims to
foster the trust by ensuring the engagement of community. Due to raising innovative mobility
services, the autonomous vehicles have brought the redial alteration in the case transportation
sector (Guttentag, 2015). On the other hand, due to the introduction of VUCA environment in the
transportation business, quality concerns among the customers have got increased. Due to the
