Executive Summary
The idea of public relations is currently gaining popularity across many organizations in
this modern century. Moreover, a good number of organizations are currently implementing
various aspects that are related to public relations in order to adequately address various issues
that are raised by various customers who tend to be situated in different locations. Moreover,
TPG Telecom Company that has gained a wide popularity in Australia has been able to
implement a wide range of parameters within the public relations boundaries to ensure that it is
capable of adequately serving the needs of all its clients without any complaints being
encountered (Adler-Nissen and Tsinovoi 2019). On the other hand, TPG telecom limited is one
of the most reputable organizations in Australia that has been dealing with a wide variety of
telecommunication and it services. It has been able to fully specialize in consumer, business
internet services together with mobile phone services across various market platforms (Brennan
and Tamarowski 2016). Additionally, the entire organization emerges as the second largest
internet provider in Australia where it also plays an essential role of acting as one of the largest
mobile virtual network operator. Senior management officials of the entire organization have
been on the fore front to ensure that various aspects of public relations are adequately
implemented in order to attain most of the future goals and objectives within the stipulated time
frame. Additionally, the emergence of a wide range of technological inventions across different
places of the world is one major factor that has been able to scale up the idea of public relations
thereby providing it with one of the best opportunities to move forward efficiently without
encountering any barrier related conditions (Alvesson 2016). The organization has been able to
adequately manage the spread of various types of information that has been able to take place

between various parties thus making sure that the right information is passed at the correct time
without manipulating even a single part of it (Wang, Cunningham and Eastin 2015). This helps
to minimize the occurrence of any confusion that is likely to take place either in the coming
future of even at the current situation. As far as the public relations of TPG telecom is concerned,
the top management officials have been able to ensure an adequate and reliable implementation
of quite a number of ethical considerations in most of the operations involving the organization
therefore leading to the creation of a more reasonable boundary that makes it much easier for
both the employers and employees of the organization to distinguish between what should be
done and what should be avoided in order to keep track of the entire movement of the whole
organization. Effective public relations are one of the most fundamental tools for any given
company to establish its positive image with a more valuable goodwill in the society (Lovejoy
and Saxton 2012).

There are a wide range of current communication practices that are attached to TPG
organization (Fiske, Cuddy and Glick 2016).
Adequate implementation of speaking engagements-One of the major current
communication practices that is being implemented by the organization is an adequate
implementation of speaking engagements through the positioning of a wide variety of key
executives as main experts in attached to the organization thus adding credibility to most
of its operations. Through this, it has been easy for the top management team to contact
the event planners in order to determine the kind of speaking engagements that would be
fir for communication purposes.
