MANAGEMENT2 Methods for improving motivation and behaviour of employees in the workplace Providing regular feedback: It is true that feedback is essential improve the motivation of employees in the workplace. It is because the actions of employees that affects the company. If an employees has done any outstanding work, it is essential to provide him some benefits or appreciate him for the work. Besides this, it is also required to take some action in order to improve the behaviour of employees. This can be possible only by communicating in a better way. Employees are also motivated by setting clear goals for the employees. The recent research also shows that motivation is required in order to bring the progress on the side of employees. Believing in the employees also assist in motivating the employees. It is true that if boss regularly calls the employee worthless will not get motivated in improving their performance. Therefore, time-to-time positive feedback will help in motivating the employees (Olins, 2017). Providing rewards By setting, the series of smaller rewards throughout the year will help in motivating the employees. For example- providing the various three-day gateways in each quarter will help in motivating the employees. Employees in recent time are get motivated by monetary rewards as compare to non-monetary rewards (Young et al, 2015). Training In the recent time, training plays an essential role in the organisation. Whenever employees are not performing well, training helps in improving their performance as well as behaviour. In addition to this, if organisation will provide the training to employees, employees also think that organisation is concerned about their well-being and growth. This helps in motivating them to large extent. If an employee is not behaving properly in the organisation, then also, personality training can be provided to the employees. This helps in ensuring the cheap production of the cars(Lindsey, King, Hebl & Levine, 2015). Shareholders/investors Shareholders as well as investors of Tesla are responsible for the funding and capitalization of Tesla. By ensuring the growth in the electronic transportation vehicle, demand also increases and fulfil the interest of the shareholders.
