Executive Summary
This report has shed light on small scale business and its operations. The name of the firm is
‘Hair by Jossan’. It is a local hair salon owned by a couple and was established in the year
1986. This report has been elaborated on shedding light about the business goals and
objectives of the company, the establishment options. Also, it has also presented a brief
internal and external analysis of the company by making use of SWOT matrix in order to
assess its strengths and weaknesses and to identify the threats and opportunities present for
the company in the business market. The key business functions and some set of
recommendations are put forward for a long term success and growth of the company.
