Research background
The classroom management demonstrates that when a teacher manages their classroom by
considering the tools and techniques for encouraging student to conduct suitable behaviour in
the classroom. The classroom management could be imperative for making optimum learning
atmosphere for the student, which would be vital to engage student in their studies
(Hagenauer, et al., 2015). The classroom management time could be relied on certain factors
named as tutor capabilities, tutor efficacies, and styles of teaching. It could also be affected
by the age group of people. It is founded that due to variability in such factors the classroom
management had been influenced. The school should deeply evaluate such factors and
information about the same to the tutors for classroom management which could encourage
the student to participate in the class.

McGrath and Van Bergen, (2015) stated that classroom management is the heart of teaching
that affecting to behaviours of tutors which can be supportive for the wellbeing of a student.
The good classroom management could thrive the learning atmosphere as well as dedicated
students. It could also directly affect the achievement of a student. It is examined that
classroom management could positive as well as the negative impact on student behaviour.
In support of this, van Uden et al. (2014) illustrated that classroom management could be
supportive for creating the atmosphere for the student which permits them for learning
without any distractions. It could also decline the probability of occurring the poor behaviour
of a student in the classroom. It would also support to make emotional as well as emotional
development. It is illustrated that make a favourable interaction between the peers together
with decreasing the bullying.

On the other side, De Jong et al. (2014) examined that effective classroom management is
imperative for increasing the learning time of students in the classroom. It is also founded
that if students show their attentiveness in the classroom that means the tutors of school has
effectively performed their duty in the classroom. It will also be effective for improving their
existing knowledge and make higher competitive advantages. An effective classroom
increases the involvement of students in the classroom rather than distracting others from
their work.
Aloe et al. (2014) depicted that classroom management could increase the number of students
in the classroom that could be an imperative factor for the success of the student. It will lead
to increase the sustainability of the school in the marketplace. It could also support to
increase the growth of both students as well as schools. It is illustrated that poor classroom
management could lead to higher starts among teachers as well as student to each other that
would directly impact on their performance. In the poor classroom, management tutor will
also not been capable to meet the expectation of students that decline the possibilities of
getting higher makes.

This research study will not deeply evaluate the role of classroom management in the student
behaviour that creates the issues to the organization. The less sample size could also be
affected to the outcome.
Research methodology
With the motive of this study, the researcher will use both primary and secondary data
collecting tool for getting the theoretical and non-theoretical information about the study. The
survey through questionnaire tool will be used by the researcher in which tutors have been
selected for comprehending how much classroom management could affect the behaviour of

people. This study will be conducted on 20 tutors for scholar and comprehend eh depth
information. This method will support to get depth and reliable data towards the matter.
The collected information will be evaluated by Statistical tool in which the Ms-excel software
and SPSS software is practiced by the investigator. This software allows to the investigator to
examine the collected data graphs, charts, table, and graphs. It is stated the content analysis
method will also be practiced for this study wherein the data will be evaluated by collecting
the information by existing sources named as online sources, books, articles, and journals.
In this study, the probability with random sampling tool will be practiced as it will be easy
and less expensive as compared to the non-probability sampling method. This tool will be
effective for getting the less biased data that could be effective for the study to get a positive
result (Osland, et al., 2015).
