This document discusses the learning needs of others for identifying the efficient use of any knowledge management system of an organisation, three federal legislative requirements, and the challenges that might arise in the management system of any organisation.

Learning needs of others for identifying the efficient use of any knowledge management
system of an organisation:
Step 1: It is required by the organisation to identify the several issues of the business for
gaining an understanding about how to implement the knowledge management system. The
problems are required to be understood and the evaluation or assessment of the quantity and
variety of the information of the business that has been stored in the databases, on web and
the personal knowledge and the experience of the employees.
Step 2: The idea of the requirements of the transition of the KMS are required to be
understood by the organisation.
Step 3: A dedicated teams are required to be gathered for the effective use of the KMS in the
organisation.
Step 4: The evaluation of the technology requirements and the prioritizing the requirements
are required to be done in the organisation.
Answer of question 2:
The three federal legislative requirements are:
It is required by the organisation to provide the employees with appropriate leaves as
required.
The financial laws state that the proper taxation is required for the organisation to declare the
organisation as a legal one.
According to Privacy regulation 2013, the organisations are required to take steps for
destroying the information that is not required anymore.

When the organisations does not implement the proper functions that are required for
providing the appropriate knowledge about the management system of the organisation, then
the organisation might be at risk

It is required to share the information using proper methods of training because this is the
initial phase of gaining knowledge about the management system of the organisation and this
method of training is an interactive session where the employees would have their doubts
cleared regarding the working of the management system.
Answer of question 5:
The learning activities of the management system of any organisation helps in the providing
of the customer services because the employees of the organisations have the knowledge of
how to properly handle the customers and as the customers obtain better services from the
companies, the expectation of more services also increases in the organisations.

The major objective behind the implementation and the monitoring of the effective document
management system learning outcomes is to provide the knowledge to the employees and the
staff regarding the results of the activities for improvement in the future and the employees
can know about their knowledge.

When the organisation cannot provide the appropriate knowledge and the tools to the
employees for the effective performing of the team then review of the training activities is
required to gain an insight regarding the improvements that are required to be done in the

activities program. This helps to add the required knowledge and the information of the new
business processes and the customer demands.
Answer of question 8:
It is required that the information or the knowledge management system is monitored for the
compliance because it can help in preventing several legal issues related to the information
system and the information management for the companies. Three relevant laws to the
privacy and the freedom are:
Freedom of information act 1982
Right of access to documents of the unior
Right to Information Act
Answer of question 9:
The importance of the aligning and integrating the existing data in the organisational
information systems are that it provides the better management of the data and the security of
the data of the organisation can be enhanced. The solutions for the integration issues are that
reduction of the dependency on the customised solutions. The less dependency on the
customised solutions helps in the reduction of the costs of the tools and it also eliminates the
risk of the developers.

It is important to collate the information of the achievements and the performance of any
individual is to understand the quality of the individual and the capability of the person and
providing them with the appropriate knowledge regarding the business process of the
organisation.

The recommendations that could be drawn by the organisations from the work colleagues for
improving the behaviours of work group and the performance output are offering the required
information to the employees regarding the business process.
Answer of question 12:
The contingency that might rise in the management system of any organisation is effective
data management by the organisation. This challenge might affect the performance of the
organisation and the organisation would require additional measures for ensuring the
performance is maintained in the organisation. The performance can be monitored by the
organisations using the implementation of the cloud computing in the organisations for
enhancing the data management.
Answer of question 13:
When the business intentions for which the information system has been implemented does
not perform effectively, then it can be determined that the information system is not working
properly. When the data management is not done according to the needs then an expert is
required to be hired for rectifying the information system functions.
Maintain order and discipline: This rule states that the discipline needs to be maintained for
gaining appropriate knowledge in the training.
Make AARs positive in nature: The review needs to be positive for proving the appropriate
training has been done or not.

The plans of the organisations are required to comply with the policies and the procedure
development of the organisation, so this is the reason why the organisation refers to the
policies of the organisation.

If any legislation change occurs to be more transparent to the customers then the data
transparency of the information system is required to be changed. The management system
must provide the data to the management or the customers who wish to view the data for
which they are cleared for.

1. A): AI could be implemented in the telephone service that would help the customer
demands and connect to the proper customer executive quickly.
b) More trained employees could be hired by the organisation for tackling with this
problem.
c) customer chat can be implemented for being in constant touch with the customers.
2. A) The customer care executives are required to understand the problems of the
customers quickly.
b) They can provide the solution to the query of the customers quickly and not leave
them hanging.
c) They should be ready to commit to the cause of solving the problems of the
customers.
