In the current day at the workforce, the team working skills and the abilities are very
much essential. The team working is an important lesson and one of the most excellent ways for
gathering of the basic skills of the life that makes an individual a better candidate in the world of
business. The aim of the essay is to summarize my reflection of my team working skills that I
have developed during my university studies. The team working skills has been incorporated in
my course work and has helped me to develop some of the essential traits that is valued in the
workplace. I believe this will help me to excel in my upcoming career. As per the reports by ()
the early career employments that demands the associated skills and team work skills have
increased rapidly. The figure below highlights the ratio of the skills that the employer seeks from
the candidate during employment.
