Introduction
As a post-graduation student one need to overview about the career development this is because several business and the
students or employees found it complex for developing an effective career development strategy and personal pitch. The career
in the respective field of job is termed to be as the persona related and other experience that gain be determine both inside and
outside of organisation which form a creative pattern over the individual life span for the development of the key competency
and skills in the career path to get the desired future employability skills after graduation. However, key competencies can be
referred to be as the specific quality that a company hiring manager. Therefore, following presentation will determinate and
highlight and throwing light on the key competencies, the specific career pathway in the contrast to the career prospects along
with determination of the range of the potential progression opportunity that support in achievement and development of the
skills.

Key Competencies
The core part of the career development is the capability skills which serves as the raw skill
which are essential to complete basic duty on the daily basis. This may include data, strategy
development, project management, software management, programming or extended
operational information. Many employers agree that they must have the skills needed to
accomplish their goals. Essential skills are certain qualities that a company's employer
considers desirable to its employees. During the recruitment process, they are often used as a
measure of measurement and testing of baptismal candidates, especially when applying for
applications and exams. During the recruitment process, students may be asked skill-based
questions, and the tenant will use mine feedback to determine mine relevance. So I must
identify the key skills of any role at the beginning of the application process, and match
mine skills and experience to them. Employee management responsibilities require a wealth
of skills and expertise If my are looking for the edge of today's competitive job market,
understanding and developing these skills is the key to success.
