1MANAGEMENT Post Three This discussion has added to my understanding of effective business communication in different manners. This is one of the most crucial aspects for the success of the business organizations. Therefore, it would be a matter of great importance to provide the best elements to communicate properly within the organization (Bovée, Thill & Raina, 2016). This is essential because organizations would have to implement this between their managers, employees and customers so they can provide effective services and products. There are some important elements that will be needed to provide the most effective services. These are: Clarity in communication Proper clarity should always be important in communicating with the managers and employees. If the employees do not get what the managers have to say, it will be tough to implement the plans (Bovée, Thill & Raina, 2016). The business objectives should be properly communicated among the employees so they can work hard. I believe clear communication is needed so no miscommunication can arise in this scenario. Conciseness in communication In my opinion, proper and concise communication should also be made regarding the products and services of the company (Lear, Hodge & Schulz, 2015). If the customers get to know all the important things about their products they will purchase those products by communicating with the company. The concise information about price and availability of stock would have to be communicated to customers effectively.
2MANAGEMENT Correct business communication Flawlessbusinesscommunicationwillhavetobeprovidedtothecustomersand employees by the business managers (Lear, Hodge & Schulz, 2015). This will lead them to trust in the organization. Correct communication through emails, text messages and notifications should be provided to the employees. This will surely initiate best actions. In the future, I will be able to make good and effective communication with my customers and employees in the real life situations. This will be helpful for me to get over all issues regarding miscommunications and lack of faith among stakeholders.
