Subject: New Logo design for the organization
Employee engagement can be considered to be a good initiative which needs to be taken by the
firm on a regular basis. This assists to ensure that they different employees are made to feel a
part of the organization. Therefore, I would like to appreciate your idea for coming up with a
plan to provide an opportunity to the different employees so that they will be able to recommend
the firm with respect to the Logo which the organization can adopt.
This initiative will not only assist the organization in coming up with a new logo which is
appreciated by the employees but also improve the enterprise`s brand image in the business
environment. To carry this out, the firm will be able to undertake an initiative to come up with a
contest. This contest can be held for a span of 7 days starting from next Monday whereby the
different employees would be required to get into a group of 7 and submit their ideas to the
organization with a reason why the logo would be appropriate for the firm.
This contest will be beneficial for our firm in two ways. It will not only increase the engagement
of the employees and motivate the employees to perform better but would also encourage them
to take active participation and secondly the firm will get a chance to recognize their efforts.
Therefore, the prize which can be given to the group can be a cash prize of $1000.
