Vision, Mission and Goals of NFL
Vision
The vision of NFL is to provide different individuals with the most excellent
experience by providing them with sports experience which will improve their overall
experience towards watching sports (Nfl.com, 2019).
Mission
The mission of NFL is to unite the individuals along with inspiring the different
communities in the joy of the game by delivering them with the world's most exciting type of
sports along with the entertainment experience which will be valid for their brand image
Goals
There are different goals of NFL which are inclusive of the following:
Respect- Everyone is important, and there is the contribution of everyone is being
encouraged as there is the inclusion of diversification in the perspectives and opinions
Integrity- This is inclusive of fair play, and there is accountability in the team which
is being followed, and NFL strives in making teams proud, and this will create a
better team environment (Nfl.com, 2019)
Responsibility towards the Team- Team is one of the essential aspects which will
help in embracing interdependence and humbly strive to make the teams and
communities proud for the different elements of playing
Resiliency- There is a set of high standards and the groups continuously strive for
excellence which will be helpful in adjusting to different consequences and face
greatest challenges appropriately (Nfl.com, 2019)

as to stream ten Thursday Night Football Games (DMNews.com., 2019). The ability to
maintain presence of NFL on variety of platforms has been due to the trust of the viewers and
the teams on them and the innovative content which have been developed by them for
making the experience more innovative.
Role and Power of Governing Body’s Impact on Effectiveness
NFL acts as their own governing body to the league wherein Roger Goodell is
commissioner of NFL. The main role of the governing body is to handle the matters related to
discipline along with the different disputes which are caused between the owners, any
misconduct among the players. Moreover, the power of governing body is to protect the
integrity of NFL which helps them in managing the different discrepancies accurately (Groza,
2018).
For instance- During the different football leagues and games, there are seven NFL

healthy dose of controversy wherein the central aspect was the legal issues which were
loomed over the league. There were different fines which were raised on the player in
particular and the team got sued.
For instance- Josh Allen’s old and racist approach on tweet has put him under the
harsh spotlight which affected the overall efficiency of NFL negatively. After 2018 tweets
made by Allen, he found himself on firestorm, and the situation was getting worse. Later, the
tweets were deleted, and this is one of the significant examples wherein it can be analyzed
that management was not effective at NFL (Yardbarker 2019). However, in the present
scenario NFL represents different members in negotiations related to collective bargaining as
this has helped them in managing operations appropriately. In the present scenario, the main
scope is to balance performance and payroll appropriately without racism.
